Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. LootXX provides voluntary tools to help you stay in control. All limits and exclusions are enforced server-side and cannot be bypassed once set.
1. Self-Exclusion (Permanent Wallet Ban)
Any wallet can request a permanent, irrevocable ban from the platform. Once applied, the wallet cannot connect, deposit, or play. This cannot be undone.
How to self-exclude:
- Compose a signed message from your wallet:
LOOTXX_SELF_EXCLUDE:[your-wallet-pubkey] - Email the signed message and your public key to support@lootxx.com with subject "Self-Exclusion Request".
- We will apply the ban within 24 hours and confirm via reply.
Warning: Withdraw any chip balance before requesting self-exclusion. After exclusion, withdrawals cannot be processed.
2. Daily Deposit Cap
Set a maximum GXX deposit per 24-hour rolling window. Caps can only be lowered immediately — increases take 7 days to take effect (cooling-off). Contact support.
3. Session Time Limit
Request a maximum number of hours per day for active sessions. Once reached, the game disconnects until midnight UTC. Contact support to set this.
4. Cooling-Off Period
Request a temporary suspension (1, 7, 30, or 90 days). During this period you cannot deposit or play, but may withdraw existing chips. Contact support.
5. Reality Check
The game interface shows your session net profit/loss at all times in the chip balance display.

7. Underage Gambling
We do not permit anyone under 21 years of age to use the Platform. If you suspect a minor is using the Platform, contact support immediately.
