RESTRICTED JURISDICTION NOTICE. By accessing or using LootXX in any way, you represent and warrant that you are NOT located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing from any Restricted Jurisdiction listed herein. Users in Restricted Jurisdictions must cease use immediately.

1. The Service

LootXX ("Platform", "we", "us") is a blockchain-based wagering application operating exclusively through self-custody Solana wallets. There is no fiat currency integration, no custodial account, and no know-your-customer (KYC) process.

2. Account Creation & Wallet Ownership

Your "account" is your Solana wallet public key. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet private key and seed phrase. LootXX never asks for, stores, or has access to private keys. Connecting your wallet constitutes agreement to these Terms and represents your warranty of eligibility.

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. You must not be located in any Restricted Jurisdiction (see §3). You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.

3. Restricted Jurisdictions

LootXX holds no gambling license in any jurisdiction. Access is prohibited from:

United States (all 50 states & territories) — including states with criminal penalties: WA (class C felony), UT, HI, ID, WI, AL, GA.
United Kingdom — UKGC license required; we hold none.
European Union / EEA — national licenses required in DE, FR, NL, SE, ES, IT, DK, BE, RO, PT, AT, FI, and others.
Australia — Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits unlicensed services.
Japan, China (Mainland, HK, Macau), South Korea, Singapore — online gambling illegal or unlicensed.
Sanctioned territories — North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, Russia.
Any other jurisdiction where accessing an unlicensed gambling service is illegal.

4. Game Rules & Payouts

LootXX operates provably fair blackjack on the Solana blockchain. Game rules (deck count, payout ratios, blackjack payout) are published at /api/blackjack/rules and may be updated with 48 hours notice. All chip balances are denominated in GXX tokens. Payouts are credited to your chip balance automatically after each settled hand. Withdrawal to on-chain GXX is subject to minimum thresholds published in the game rules.

5. Disputes & Error Resolution

If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact support within 14 days with your wallet address and the approximate time of the hand. We will review hand history (stored server-side) and respond within 48 hours. All game outcomes are final after 14 days.

6. Responsible Gambling

We offer voluntary self-exclusion and limit tools. See our Responsible Gambling page. If gambling is causing problems, seek help immediately.

7. No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uptime, game outcomes, or token values. Smart contract bugs, network congestion, or blockchain forks may result in loss of funds. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LootXX and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. This waiver applies to all claims regardless of the legal theory asserted. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, or if no agreement is reached, under JAMS International Arbitration Rules.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of a jurisdiction determined by LootXX at its sole discretion, without regard to conflict of law principles. The arbitration clause in §9 governs dispute resolution.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued wallet connection after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the Telegram channel.
